CommonTown is delighted to announce that we have been chosen by the Association of Early Childhood and Training Services (ASSETS), Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) to be one of the qualified vendors to provide SMART solutions for pre-schools.
Being a qualified vendor means that pre-schools subscribing to our SMART solutions may be eligible to receive government funding.

The SMART Solutions is an initiative collaborated among ASSETS, ECDA and IMDA. It seeks to assist pre-schools in their daily operations and to streamline administrative tasks for the educators with the use of the IT solutions provided by qualified vendors.
Singapore Minister for Social and Family Development, Tan Chuan-Jin, has expressed his support for the SMART Solutions initiative on his Facebook post. He commented that the benefit of reducing administrative works of teachers through IT solutions would allow them to focus more on their teaching and the caring of children. He also urged more pre-schools to join the SMART Solutions initiative.
